Hello. These are two from a group of four, I'm pleased with them but felt nervous about showing - I have decided to go with it. There is something otherworldly about them and if I can feel that about my painting then I'm happy. With that said I'm feeling torn about representational work. I'm desirous. Yes I feel like I want to make some nature related paintings to test my eye hand co-ordination. Anyway If I could bridge the work, the abstract with the landscape that would be a way of making it work.
I miss the more traditional landscape work but feel it should be done differently and that is the challenge. I would like them to be well drawn and a mess at the same time.
